	Blanc Du Bois Sweet White The wine is created using a cold fermentation that helps showcase the sweet floral aroma and fresh fruit flavors
	Nebbia  Inspired by low morning fog that somtines hovers just above our vineyards. Italian for Fog, and is out very limited dry white. Buttery on the palette with flavors of peaches & cream & subtle toasty nuances.
	Sweet Rodeo Red This sweet-tart Texas red wine has become our love potion number 9.  It's sweet, it's red, and if you enjoy enough...there's gonna be a rodeo!  Pairs great with the cowboy cuisine of Texas and Mexico too.
	Sangiovese Texas High Plains The most famous Tuscan Chianti grapes medium bodied red, has a vanilla nose and a soft toast on the palate.

	White Zinfandel Spicy and slightly sweet. It's delightful by itself or paired with light meats and cheeses, melon, shrimp, pasta and tomato sauces. Named Champion at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo International Wine Competition. Serve chilled at 45 degrees F.
	Pinot Grigio Our Pinot Grigio, the Italian version of Sauvignon Blanc, is crisp and clean. As such, this is a great warm weather wine. It's wonderful floral and citrus aromas complement light cheeses, fish, poultry and lemony sauces. Champion at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo International Wine Competition and featured at the 2004 Superbowl. Serve chilled, about 45 degrees
	Sangria Sweet and spicy wine, with hints of lemon, citrus and strawberry. It pairs perfectly with Southwestern and Tex-Mex cuisine. Add sliced oranges, strawberries, melon or other favorite fruit, and serve cold over ice. It is refreshing for those hot summer days, and makes a perfect party beverage
	Ebony Ports of Call Ebony, naturally fermented to 16% alcohol, is a solera blend of the last three vintages. The combination of three vintages, each with their own contributive strengths, enhances consistency on the palate. This lower-alcohol port-like dessert wine has wonderful chocolate covered cherry flavors. Silver medal winner and "Best of Class" at the San Antonio Express News Wine Competition.
	Gamay Beaujolais Our Gamay Beaujolais is an excellent blend of Pinot Noir, Gewürztraminer and Muscat Canelli. The subtle elements of the Muscat and Gewürztraminer produce a fresh and floral portrayal of Pinot Noir. It’s aged in European oak for six months and finished off dry. It is the perfect red wine for white wine palates. Fruity and floral, this Gamay is soft, light, and contains just a hint of sweetness. It's delicious with hamburgers, BBQ or pork chops. Serve at 60 degrees F.
	Mama Rosa Rose Messina Hof's White Cabernet Sauvignon is semi-sweet with hints of cherries and raspberries. It's soft, smooth and very versatile...great with spicy pasta, Hispanic or Asian cuisine and fresh strawberries. Awarded a Gold at the Lone Star International Wine Competition and Champion at the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo. Serve chilled at 45 degrees F.
	Gewurztraminer This noble grape of Germany and Alsace, France is spicy, floral and very aromatic. Finished in a sweet style, the wine complements seafood, poultry and spicy entrees. Champion at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo International Wine Competition. Serve chilled at 45 degrees F
	Barrel Reserve Shiraz Our Barrel Reserve Shiraz in grown in our vineyard in New Home, Texas which is 22 miles south of Lubbock. The wine is dark, very rich and very round in the mouth with strong berry flavors. It is a gold medal winner at the San Antonio Express News Wine Competition. Serve at 65 degrees F.
