Ebony, naturally fermented to 16% alcohol, is a solera blend of the last three vintages. The combination of three vintages,
each with their own contributive strengths, enhances consistency on the palate. This lower-alcohol port-like dessert wine
has wonderful chocolate covered cherry flavors. Silver medal winner and "Best of Class" at the San Antonio Express News Wine
Competition.

Gamay Beaujolais
Our Gamay Beaujolais is an excellent blend of Pinot Noir, Gewürztraminer and Muscat Canelli. The subtle elements of the
Muscat and Gewürztraminer produce a fresh and floral portrayal of Pinot Noir. It’s aged in European oak for six months
and finished off dry. It is the perfect red wine for white wine palates. Fruity and floral, this Gamay is soft, light, and
contains just a hint of sweetness. It's delicious with hamburgers, BBQ or pork chops. Serve at 60 degrees F.

Mama Rosa Rose Messina Hof's White Cabernet Sauvignon
is semi-sweet with hints of cherries and raspberries. It's soft, smooth and very versatile...great with spicy pasta, Hispanic

Our Barrel Reserve Shiraz in grown in our vineyard in New Home, Texas which is 22 miles south of Lubbock. The wine is
dark, very rich and very round in the mouth with strong berry flavors. It is a gold medal winner at the San Antonio Express
News Wine Competition. Serve at 65 degrees F.
